    Submission Deadline: December 31, 2025

  • PRIOR TO REGISTERING

    Before submission, Please Prepare the Following Information and Materials:

    1. Team / Individual Information
    • Team Name(Required) - Give your team a meaningful name that represents your creativity and spirit.
    • Team Image(Required) - Give your team a meaningful name that represents your creativity and spirit.
    • Member Information(Required) - Provide the name, gender, and age of each team member.

    2. School and Mentor Information

    • School of First Author (Required) - Provide the full name of the school. For multiple members, fill in the school of the first author.
    • Mentor Information (Required) - Provide the mentor’s name, phone number, and primary email address.

    3. Project Information

    • Title & Abstract (Required) - Provide the title and a short abstract of your innovation (within 300 words).
    • Category (Required) - Prototype (open to ages 7–12 & 13–18) / Idea (open to ages 7–12 only)
    • Innovation Image (Required) - JPG or PNG images showcasing the innovation (prototype photos, UI screenshots, or design sketches).
    • Presentation Slides (Required) - A single PDF file, max.12 pages, A4 size (landscape), refer to the "Presentation Slide Template", file size ≤ 20 MB.
    • Video (Required) - Chinese or English, maxi. 5 minutes, landscape orientation, file size ≤ 100 MB.
    • log / Report (Optional) - The project report can be in paper format; the log is a record of the innovation process with no fixed format.
    • Additional Materials (Optional) - Supporting files such as source code, 3D models, novelty search reports, research data, or interview materials.
  • REGISTER

    Students can participate in the challenge through two methods:

    1. Individual Participation

    • Click the “Individual Submission” button below to start filling in your information and uploading materials.
    • A WeChat or WeCom (Enterprise WeChat) account is required.
    • Fields marked with * are mandatory; the form cannot be submitted without them.
    • After submission, modifications are allowed before the deadline. Using the same WeChat/WeCom account, you can review your information and click “Edit Submission” to make changes anytime.

    2. School Group Participation

    For school-organized participation, please click “School Group” to contact the organizing committee directly.

  • AFTER REGISTRATION

    1. Confirmation

    After filling in the form and uploading all required files by December 31, 2025, you will see a confirmation message indicating your submission is complete.

    2. Finalist Announcement (January)

    After preliminary review of submitted materials, finalists will be selected and announced via email or other contact methods.

    3. Final Presentation and Jury Q&A (March)

    Finalists will attend an live online presentation and Q&A with expert judges. Students who fail to attend the final live session will be considered to have withdrawn and will not be eligible for awards.

    4. Awards & Honors Announcement (April)

    The award winners will be announced via the official website and via contact email. All winners will receive a certificate issued by UNITAR CIFAL Shanghai

    5. International Showcase & Exchange (July~Aug)
